API has supported work in developing the physical infrastructure of the Abraham Path, and the next step is to strengthen the human and technological infrastructure required to build a critical mass of travelers. To achieve this goal, API is developing materials that hikers will use to plan their trips and learn about the region, along with a connected mobile app that features tools to enhance their experiences on the trail. Regional guides are an essential part of content building for both platforms.
The Culture Guide project aims to support the human and technological infrastructure of the Abraham Path by creating multimedia culture guides for international walkers across different regions. These guides will offer language tools, etiquette advice, and homestay-specific guidance, helping both travelers and local communities have enriching experiences along the trail.
